Hoffman Cellars Shipping Policy
You must be 21 years or older to buy
wine. By placing your order, you certify under penalty of perjury that
you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered,
the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he
or she is at least 21 years old. Because of this, it is advisable that
wine be shipped to a business address. By placing an order, you authorize
Hoffman Cellars to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver
your order to your selected destination. We can only ship to the following
states:
Alaska
California
Illinois
Iowa
Minnesota
Missouri
Nevada
New Hampshire
New Mexico
Ohio
Oregon
Washington, D.C.
West Virginia
If your state is not listed, please contact us at info@hoffmancellars.com,
as laws regarding the shipping of wine seem to change weekly.
More things to note:
• All
prices are listed in U.S. dollars. All orders will include shipping charges
and applicable sales tax.
• We ship by ground or air. Shipments to Alaska are by 2-day air.
• Orders will be processed within two business days. Shipping time varies
widely, but, generally, you can expect delivery of your wine in 3-7 business
days from the time of shipment. If you need an order sooner, please contact

• During extreme weather conditions, shipment of wine may be delayed.
In such cases, the wine will be held until conditions sufficiently improve.
• We cannot, at this time, ship wine outside the United States
